We're hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative - Retention to join our dynamic team at Aura. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us create a safer internet for millions of customers. As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with customers to retain their subscriptions and enhance their experience with our innovative digital safety products.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer cancellation calls and work to retain them as loyal Aura customers.
  • Make daily outbound calls to existing customers with failed subscription payments to assist them in renewing their services.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
  • Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Master the art of evangelizing Aura's story and mission to customers.
  • Consult with customers on best practices to better protect their online identity.
  • Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's Identity, Privacy, and Security solutions with the customer's unique needs.
  • Proactively improve your knowledge of industry best practices and recent events to ensure you are a trusted resource for customers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales or retention experience (or equivalent experience) where you consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • A passion for talking to people and a natural ability to engage with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or digital security industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
