As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with customers to retain their subscriptions and enhance their experience with our innovative digital safety products.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer cancellation calls and work to retain them as loyal Aura customers.
- Make daily outbound calls to existing customers with failed subscription payments to assist them in renewing their services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Master the art of evangelizing Aura's story and mission to customers.
- Consult with customers on best practices to better protect their online identity.
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's Identity, Privacy, and Security solutions with the customer's unique needs.
- Proactively improve your knowledge of industry best practices and recent events to ensure you are a trusted resource for customers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales or retention experience (or equivalent experience) where you consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
- A passion for talking to people and a natural ability to engage with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or digital security industries.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
