About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ludia Consulting. As a vital part of our organization, you will support the daily operations of the Human Resources, Administration, and Operations teams. What You'll Do
- Provide recruitment assistance by maintaining and updating job descriptions across internal and external platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards.
- Review active applicant pools, assist with candidate communication, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
- Support new hire onboarding by ensuring all systems, equipment, and accounts are ready for Day 1, facilitating orientation logistics, and assisting in the creation of onboarding materials.
- Maintain employee data within HR systems to ensure compliance and accuracy, supporting audits and updates related to employee records, benefits, and organizational structure.
- Partner with senior leadership to plan, execute, and track company-sponsored community and non-profit initiatives, coordinating volunteer events.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with community engagement initiatives.
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, etc.).
