About the Role

We're hiring a Remote HR Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Xsolla. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating various projects that support our operational activities within the gaming industry. As a Remote HR Project Coordinator, you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, including planning stages, tracking timelines, and ensuring task execution.
  • Manage selected projects related to operational activities and internal company processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met, demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Participate in the financial aspects of projects, including basic budget and expense tracking.
  • Adapt to evolving duties and responsibilities to support the organization’s goals and your individual growth.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in project coordination or operational support, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and operational activities is a plus.
  • Strong numerical skills and a solid understanding of the financial aspects of projects.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
