Your expertise in building HR processes from scratch will be invaluable as we strive to create a supportive and efficient workplace.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement HR processes tailored to our organizational needs.
• Utilize automation tools like Hubspot and Zapier to streamline HR operations.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and mentoring programs to enhance employee integration.
• Facilitate effective communication through one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting top talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR People Partner.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with automation tools such as Hubspot and Zapier.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and native proficiency in Russian.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
