This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Mexico or LATAM.

What You'll Do

• Document new patient and referral intake efficiently.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must be located in Mexico or LATAM.
• Experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have
