About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Head of Digital Marketing to lead our global marketing initiatives. What You'll Do
- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce, to ensure seamless connectivity for a unified customer view.
- Design and improve standardized marketing workflows for scalable campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to nurturing, ensuring high-quality data governance standards.
- Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI, translating data into actionable insights.
- Provide support for multi-channel marketing campaigns, acting as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT to align processes.
- Establish data governance standards to ensure compliance and high data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of lead management and data governance principles.
- Experience in building dashboards and converting data into insights.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
