- Advocate for DEI initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in hardware or technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the hardware and firmware industries.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Passion for building diverse teams and advocating for DEI.
