What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hardware and firmware engineering roles.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including AI tools and ATS platforms, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through proactive networking and outreach.
• Advocate for DEI initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
• Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in hardware or technical recruiting.
• Strong understanding of the hardware and firmware industries.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Passion for building diverse teams and advocating for DEI.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer technology or engineering roles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design and product management.
• Knowledge of eCommerce and sales recruitment.
