About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Growth Marketing Manager to join our innovative team at InfStones. This role is pivotal in driving user growth and engagement across our digital platforms, particularly in the dynamic Web3 space. As a Remote Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance our community and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across our social media platforms including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Monitor social media for the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Track user interests and feedback to generate demand for our services.
  • Create highly engaging, performance-driven social media content.
  • Recruit and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to boost user engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns, including reward-based and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment within our online community.
  • Provide customer support and ensure effective handling of community queries and issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of growth marketing experience in a Web3 or blockchain company, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience in designing persuasive marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Proven track record of scaling user growth on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes tactfully and effectively.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, data analytics, and digital marketing tools including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with video marketing and content creation.
