About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Growth Marketing Lead to join Gaia Family Inc, a pioneering company in the family-building sector. As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategies and drive member acquisition through innovative campaigns. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a mission that transforms the fertility experience for families around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale omni-channel paid marketing strategies across both D2C and B2B audiences.
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns to drive member acquisition.
  • Design and execute testing roadmaps, including ad creative, audience segmentation, and landing page variations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms, maintaining dashboards and producing actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and manage budgets and targets effectively.
  • Support content and referral tactics while nurturing a growth mindset across product and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Tableau/Lookr, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
