About the Role

We're seeking a talented Remote Graphic Designer to join our innovative team at xAI. In this role, you will lead the creative development and execution of a variety of visual design projects aimed at inspiring and educating the public. As a Remote Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work with a small, motivated team focused on engineering excellence and creativity.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Communications, Content, and Creative teams to produce assets across multiple platforms including print, digital, webcast, and experiential graphic design.
• Sketch, storyboard, ideate, and generate new concepts based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's mission and values, effectively communicating our vision to the audience.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively share knowledge with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in UI/UX design or web design.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design integration.
