Remote Global Administrative Assistant - Support for Legal Team
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Global Administrative Assistant to support our busy legal team. In this role, you will be the steady, hyper-organized right hand to the Managing Attorney, ensuring that their world runs smoothly while they juggle numerous priorities. As a Remote Global Administrative Assistant, you will shift from rapid-fire reminders to scheduling calls, prepping meetings, and untangling calendar chaos without getting flustered.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendar operations end-to-end, scheduling and confirming calls, meetings, depositions, hearings, and other case-related events.
- Coordinate directly with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Provide proactive reminders to ensure deadlines and next steps never slip.
- Work closely with paralegals to confirm and finalize calendar placements.
- Anticipate the needs of the Managing Attorney and communicate clearly and quickly.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a legal environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in calendar management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
