Remote Founding Marketer - Join a Fast-Paced AI Startup

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Founding Marketer to join our innovative team at Wing Assistant. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact in the world of AI-driven marketing. As a Founding Marketer, you will lead our marketing efforts, focusing on performance marketing, SEO, content creation, and lifecycle marketing. You'll work closely with the founders to scale successful strategies and drive growth.

What You'll Do

• Own performance and growth marketing by launching and scaling high-performing campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage paid acquisition end-to-end, from keyword research and bid strategy to creative testing and conversion optimization.
• Implement and maintain attribution models to ensure accurate measurement of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Design and optimize full-funnel user journeys, enhancing conversion rates through A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Write high-converting, SEO-optimized copy for ads, landing pages, and long-form content.
• Build and manage lifecycle flows across onboarding, retention, upsell, and referrals, ensuring effective lead nurturing.
• Run scrappy, low-cost acquisition experiments to unlock new channels and validate what works.
• Support hiring and team processes as we grow, contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, and experimentation.
• Proven track record managing significant ad budgets across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in SEO strategy, content production, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Framer, and campaign managers.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling marketing assets.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Zapier or similar.
