Remote Field Sales Representative - E-Bike Industry

About the Role

Join Aventon as a Remote Field Sales Representative and become part of a passionate team dedicated to revolutionizing transportation through high-quality e-bikes. In this role, you will work closely with partner bike shops, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring they have the best possible experience with our products. As a Remote Field Sales Representative, you will advocate for our brand, helping to expand our reach and drive sales.

What You'll Do

• Learn the Aventon product line and actively reach out to partners to promote and sell our e-bikes.
• Document feedback from partners during onsite visits and develop solutions to improve their experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bike shops, outdoor brands, and sporting goods stores.
• Enter sales orders and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Provide ongoing training to partner teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales tactics.
• Generate revenue to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate partner feedback to the leadership team to assist in continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or retail customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of e-bikes is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in using office applications on PC/Mac, including word processors and spreadsheets.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding new partners and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time to meet with partners.
