About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to join our team at Blankspace Commerce. In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team with various administrative and HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our dynamic work environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive support in HR tasks, including team building and contract management.
- Assist with finance-related tasks such as bookkeeping and communication with tax offices.
- Manage daily operations for the management team, including inbox management and scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for team members.
- Create customer invoices using DATEV software.
- Engage in project and process development using ClickUp.
- Support internal projects and initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
- Utilize your strong communication skills to liaise effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in HR roles.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) to facilitate communication.
- Strong organizational skills and a reliable, discreet work ethic.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack for effective collaboration.
- Open-mindedness towards new tools and technologies, especially AI solutions.
- Some experience with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
