About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Executive Assistant to join our team at the Catholic Education Foundation. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our productivity and helping us achieve our mission in the nonprofit sector.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the team.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics and coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Utilize MS Office Suite to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support social media management and communication efforts to enhance the foundation's visibility.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their management.
