About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Employment Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support our attorneys by managing various legal tasks and ensuring compliance with employment laws. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with document management and compliance is preferred.
