About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Division Manager to join Juul Labs, a leader in the e-cigarette industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of Territory Managers and drive sales strategies across the KY/WV area. As a Remote Division Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and achieving our mission of transitioning adult smokers away from combustible cigarettes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies and territory plans across the division.
  • Assess sales performance and implement strategies to improve KPIs, including distribution and product placement.
  • Collaborate with the Region Field Sales Director to align on sales goals and strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of retail chain doors, convenience stores, and specialty retailers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
