About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Development Coordinator to join our team at GiveWell. This role is crucial for ensuring our operational efficiency and enhancing donor relations as we continue to grow. As a Remote Development Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our Philanthropy team, managing essential logistics and communications that keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the operational backbone of GiveWell’s Philanthropy team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to donor inquiries.
• Manage inbound communications across our main inboxes, acting as the first point of contact for donors and prospects.
• Coordinate administrative needs across the Philanthropy team, maintaining systems and processes that support donor relationships.
• Work closely with fundraisers and operations partners to keep workflows organized and ensure logistical needs are met reliably.
• Resolve inquiries with clarity and professionalism, enhancing the overall donor experience.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in team operations and implement improvements to strengthen our donor stewardship capabilities.
• Support the fundraising team as it expands, adapting to the increasing volume and complexity of donor interactions.
• Contribute to the evolution of our team operations, ensuring we scale effectively while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on donor relations.
• Experience in administrative roles or operations support, preferably in a nonprofit or philanthropic context.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using communication and project management tools.
