Remote DAO Community Manager - DeFi Ecosystem

What You'll Do

• Support delegate and contributor communication to ensure smooth operations.
• Facilitate cross-team feedback on governance initiatives to enhance collaboration.
• Organize and support weekly governance calls to maintain transparency.
• Maintain governance communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Ensure alignment between DAO stakeholders to foster a cohesive environment.
• Organize regular governance/community calls to encourage participation.
• Suggest and launch initiatives to increase DAO participation and engagement.
• Promote transparency and inclusivity in governance processes.
• Encourage contributor involvement in proposal creation to drive innovation.
• Collect feedback to shape future governance improvements based on community input.
• Design and implement governance operational processes to enhance DAO efficiency.
• Own and evolve 1inch tokenomics through governance-driven proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance workflows and procedures.
• Coordinate with delegates, core contributors, and community members for effective governance.
• Develop and maintain governance-related documentation and knowledge bases.
• Oversee governance tooling and integration initiatives to streamline processes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of proposals from submission to implementation.
• Assist community members through proposal approval stages for seamless execution.
• Coordinate proposal reviews with DAO working groups to ensure quality.
• Track implementation status and milestones to maintain accountability.
• Oversee grant proposal submissions and reviews to support community projects.
• Coordinate technical reviews with the core team to ensure feasibility.
• Track grant milestones and monitor deliverables for successful outcomes.
• Update and maintain grant documentation for transparency.
• Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on all governance activities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in operations or project management.
• Experience with technical documentation platforms (Docusaurus preferred).
• Experience with collaboration tools (Github, project management software).
• Deep understanding of DeFi governance mechanisms and best practices.
• Strong analytical and process optimization capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
