What You'll Do

  • Assist cross-functional team members and escalate tickets when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with local and geographically dispersed team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
  • Ability to describe complex technical content in an understandable manner for users unfamiliar with technology.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and organizational skills.
