About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at GoodTime. As a Remote Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our innovative interview scheduling automation platform. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with our Small Business and Mid-Market customers, making it easy for them to love GoodTime!

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with customers to support their recruiting operations and ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
  • Design and deliver success plans, including Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Facilitate product adoption and enablement, ensuring customers are fully equipped to use our tools effectively.
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback to our Product & Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive renewals and expansions, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Build exceptional relationships with customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued throughout their journey with GoodTime.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
  • Experience in facilitating product adoption and delivering training or enablement sessions.
