About the Role

At Sysdig, we are seeking a Remote Customer Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve success with the Sysdig Platform. As a Remote Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical authority and the go-to advisor for our customers, helping them navigate their cloud security journey.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding and adoption of the Sysdig Platform.
• Understand customer requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes to provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on implementation, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Utilize your expertise in cloud-native technologies to drive customer loyalty and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cybersecurity role within Cloud Ecosystems, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• At least 2 years of post-sales experience with a focus on customer retention and growth.
• Proficiency with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or other Cloud Platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Ability to inspire and build trust with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud security tools and practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
