About the Role

What You'll Do

• Monitor and moderate comments, live chats, DMs, and community spaces across platforms such as YouTube, Reddit, and Discord.
• Review, approve, or remove posts and comments in accordance with established moderation guidelines.
• Apply moderation actions consistently using documented procedures.
• Identify and flag trending topics, recurring feedback, and overall audience sentiment to internal teams.
• Escalate issues appropriately according to internal processes.
• Support live show moderation, including real-time chat oversight.
• Collaborate with content, production, and support teams to enhance the overall community experience.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level for both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online culture.
• Deep familiarity with comment sections, forums, and community ecosystems.
• Experience moderating highly engaged or enthusiastic online communities.
• Comfortable moderating content on YouTube, Reddit, and discussion forums.
• Ability to follow documentation closely and work independently.
• Reliable availability for after-hours and weekend shifts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in applying rules and processes.
