About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Community Manager to join our innovative team at Inkitt, where we are building the Disney of the 21st Century. As a Remote Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging our community of book lovers and driving growth initiatives. What You'll Do

• Design and execute community engagement initiatives that foster participation in our in-app book communities.
• Coordinate with community moderators to ensure campaigns and content align with our strategic goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador in select community spaces, enhancing our presence and engagement.
• Monitor engagement metrics and community feedback to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth.
• Organize virtual events such as author interviews and reading challenges to keep our community connected.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in community management, customer service, or social media.
• A passion for books and an understanding of bookish communities.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity to connect with our diverse audience.
• Experience in crafting creative and strategic initiatives that drive engagement.
• Ability to work autonomously and bring solutions to challenges.

• Experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and community engagement platforms.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
