About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Clinical Informaticist to join our mission-driven team at MCG Health. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the US healthcare system by leveraging your expertise in clinical informatics. As a Remote Clinical Informaticist, you will be responsible for the research, analysis, codification, remediation, and quality assurance of new and existing technical informatics solutions that utilize MCG's clinical content and healthcare information.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of evidence-based clinical content.
• Translate clinical intent, indications, and evidence-based guidance into computable logic for digital health solutions.
• Collaborate with physicians and technical experts to innovate and improve healthcare products.
• Ensure the quality assurance of informatics solutions to maintain high standards in patient care.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of healthcare informatics processes and practices.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in clinical informatics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and digital health solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with coding and clinical terminologies.
• Certification in clinical informatics or related credentials.
