Remote Client Success Manager - SaaS Focus
About the Role
HONK is seeking a Remote Client Success Manager to transform the towing and roadside assistance industry. In this role, you will leverage your relationship-building skills and deep product knowledge to support our strategic partners, ensuring they receive maximum value from HONK’s platform. As a Remote Client Success Manager, you'll work with clients across various sectors, including OEMs, insurance, and fleet services, to enhance their customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide training and documentation, setting clear expectations for ongoing support.
- Develop engaging training sessions to empower customers in using HONK’s platform effectively.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio to drive account growth.
- Facilitate regular working sessions with clients to address challenges and share best practices.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine client success strategies.
- Review support case trends and collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct strategic account reviews to analyze performance and provide insights for increasing platform value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to handle complex customer issues with empathy and urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to various stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Asana, or HubSpot is a plus.
- A proactive, consultative mindset focused on long-term relationship building.
