About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Offshore Launch. What You'll Do
- Own the entire client experience, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to completion.
- Act as a bridge between coaches, clients, and leadership, transforming our 37-step client journey into a predictable and high-quality experience.
- Maintain a straightforward status (green/yellow/red) for each client to monitor progress and accountability.
- Drive reporting results and ensure all clients are supported and successful.
- Participate in bi-weekly all-team meetings and monthly reviews to provide feedback and development opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in client success or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with client relationship management tools.
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and success.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a staffing agency or recruitment environment.
