About the Role

What You'll Do
- Own the entire client experience, ensuring smooth engagement from kickoff to completion.
- Act as a bridge between coaches, clients, and leadership, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Transform our 37-step client journey into a predictable and high-quality experience.
- Monitor client status with straightforward indicators (green/yellow/red) to ensure accountability.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success or account management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software.
- A passion for helping clients succeed and a commitment to excellence.
