About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Business Specialist to join our dynamic team at PerfectServe. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing client success through effective communication and relationship management. As a Remote Business Specialist, you will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded, all while working in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions as a Remote Business Specialist.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance client interactions and data tracking.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and improve client outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive customer success.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize client onboarding processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Lead presentations and training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize our services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work proactively to resolve any concerns.
  • Contribute to internal advancement opportunities by sharing insights and best practices with the team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a business specialist or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with SQL and business operations is advantageous.
