Remote Business Development Representative - Global Outreach
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Remote Business Development Representative to join CodeCentris Corporation. As a key player in our expansion strategy, you will help grow our client base across international markets. This Remote Business Development Representative role will allow you to leverage your expertise in the outsourcing industry while working from anywhere in the world.
What You'll Do
- Lead Generation: Proactively source and engage potential clients through outreach methods including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking events.
- Business Opportunity Progression: Conduct the first Discovery Call to better understand client needs and requirements; design and develop service solutions to address client requirements.
- Closing Opportunities: Resolve identified concerns and challenges towards closing deals and contracts, and familiarize yourself with basic legal considerations and operational requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement targeted sales strategies that align with our growth goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their pain points and presenting tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Decision-Making: Handle escalations and analyze challenges effectively.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in meeting sales objectives.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service from day one.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition models.
- 2+ years of people management experience with strong coaching skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the U.S., CA, AU, SG, or UK business landscape.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
