Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Experience with risk management and user acceptance testing.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and time and labor management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with PrismHR or Avionte software solutions.
  • Experience in DOD programs or related industries.
