About the Role

In this role, you will oversee operations and customer experience for our fast-growing e-commerce brands, Silly Goose and Troop. As a Remote Brand Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our brands across various digital channels.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all customer service communications across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolutions for inquiries and complaints.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations, including order management on platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
  • Monitor inventory and fulfillment workflows, addressing any exceptions or issues that arise.
  • Coordinate wholesale orders and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
  • Support internal operations by managing invoices and tracking payments.
  • Engage with influencers and affiliates to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
  • Utilize data analytics to pull reports and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, brand management, or project management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute operational tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and familiarity with tools like ClickUp or Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
