About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral analysis and support to clients, utilizing your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families by developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the needs of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians and other staff.
- Utilize data analysis to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Foster a supportive and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Must hold a current BCBA certification.
- Experience in providing ABA services and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
- Experience in clinical supervision is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and other relevant software.
Nice to Have
- Experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of graphing procedures and ABA techniques.
