What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients.
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals through personalized, 30-minute video sessions.
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.
• Engage in meaningful work that expands access to mental health support worldwide.

Requirements

• Expertise in mental health coaching with relevant certifications (e.g., ICF).
• Experience with non-clinical mental health issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct effective video sessions.
• Flexibility in scheduling sessions to meet client needs.
• Commitment to client growth and well-being.
