Remote Analyst - Warehousing for Global Automotive Leader
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Analyst - Warehousing to join Yazaki, a global leader in vehicle power and data solutions. As a Remote Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer releases and managing shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Access customer systems to collect and analyze daily shipping requirements.
- Reconcile shipment accumulations and related discrepancies.
- Create orders in Future 3 and send Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs).
- Monitor ASNs for errors and accuracy.
- Communicate directly with external and internal customers to ensure compliance with specific requirements.
- Prepare and submit corrective actions required by customers.
- Provide training on departmental systems and processes.
- Identify root causes of failures in department processes and assist in promoting an orderly workflow.
Requirements
- Experience with Future, JDE, PkMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and analyze spreadsheets and EDI releases.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics role.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Ford DDL and Covisint systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety policies.
