About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Accounting Controls Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee accounting controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP standards. What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of accounting controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage financial reporting processes, including budgeting and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning and analysis.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Provide guidance on payroll implementation and operations across the APAC region.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team management and strategy consulting.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IFRS standards.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of financial management and investor reporting.
