Regulatory Officer - Remote Position in Cosmetics Compliance

About the Role

We are hiring a Regulatory Officer - Remote to join our Cosmetics Regulatory team at Registrar Corp. This is an exciting opportunity to support compliance with UK and EU cosmetic regulations while working in a mission-driven environment. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex regulatory standards and maintain compliance across more than 190 countries.

What You'll Do

• Review cosmetic products for compliance with UK and EU cosmetic regulations.
• Assist with labeling and artwork reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIFs).
• Support SCPN/CPNP notification activities for cosmetic products.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with toxicology and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate regulatory records and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory updates and share relevant changes with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a regulatory, compliance, or cosmetics-related role.
• Basic understanding of UK and EU cosmetic regulations; exposure to international cosmetic regulations is a plus.
• Experience with labeling reviews, PIFs, or SCPN/CPNP processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; additional language skills are desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Interest in sustainability or green chemistry is preferred but not required.
