Regional Sales Manager - Dental Solutions (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies. This Regional Sales Manager remote position will allow you to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and enhance customer relationships across the region.
What You'll Do
- Develop regional sales strategies and provide clear direction to managers to achieve market penetration and customer conversion.
- Build long-term positive customer relationships aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Participate in marketing strategy development, providing insights to enhance market positioning.
- Plan and execute sales promotions in alignment with marketing strategies at the beginning of the year.
- Familiarize yourself with the regional market and provide monthly sales forecasts to the marketing and supply chain teams.
- Lead the implementation of the Continuous Education (CE) program to promote product branding.
- Manage internal business processes, including inventory management and alignment with marketing plans.
- Communicate effectively with the marketing team to support decision-making and planning.
- Oversee the management of samples, CE program fees, and sales-related expenses within the budget.
- Co-create strategies with the channel team to manage distributors effectively.
- Review sales target completion and provide feedback to distributors.
- Motivate and manage team performance, ensuring a high-performing culture.
- Provide coaching to District Sales Managers on territory analysis and key opinion leader development.
- Develop future leaders and foster a winning team culture.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the dental or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasts.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
