Customer Marketing Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing customer engagement and retention strategies for our B2B SaaS products. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure our customers receive exceptional value from our offerings.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies to enhance product adoption and customer retention.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize engagement strategies.
- Create and manage customer advocacy programs to highlight success stories and case studies.
- Lead onboarding and engagement initiatives to ensure customers are effectively utilizing our products.
- Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to streamline marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment by mentoring team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software and data engineering.
- Knowledge of user experience design and wireframing.
- Background in EdTech or HRTech.
