• Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain candidate information and follow up with potential matches for future roles.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
• Passion for the Web3 industry and understanding of its dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
