What You'll Do

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and Jobvite to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and candidate management.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related field.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse and Jobvite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
  • A passion for enhancing the candidate experience and supporting a diverse workforce.
