Reception Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Reception Supervisor to join our team at Brindisa Kitchens. This remote Reception Supervisor position plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our restaurants. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their visit and leave a lasting impression.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day reception and reservations operations across multiple locations including Battersea, South Kensington, and Richmond.
• Support the Reception Manager and collaborate closely with each restaurant’s management team.
• Lead by example at the front door, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of.
• Set and maintain high standards for guest service that the team will follow.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries using reservation systems, with a preference for SevenRooms experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Host, Maître d’, or in a similar senior reception role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.
• Confident, organized, and calm under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Experience with reservation systems, particularly SevenRooms.
