About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Tester to join our team at Coats. This Quality Tester remote position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. As a Quality Tester, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our textile products.
What You'll Do
- Conduct audits of FIN-DH operations to ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
- Verify machine parameter settings to meet specifications and issue NCP reports as needed.
- Perform comprehensive testing for brands such as Nike and Adidas, ensuring compliance with SAP inspection instructions.
- Analyze competitor thread types and introduce corresponding Coats products.
- Check waste thread classification before external sales.
- Report any issues related to company ethics to HR or relevant management.
- Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping in compliance with company regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales and TAS for testing requests and reporting.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality testing role within the textile industry.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work with documentation in English.
- Excellent attitude and discipline in the workplace.
