PSP Onboarding Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented PSP Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a PSP Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the FinTech industry and make a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage the onboarding process for PSPs by preparing and submitting comprehensive documentation packages including corporate documents, licenses, and KYC/KYB requirements.
• Fill out onboarding and compliance forms for PSPs, maintaining communication with PSP compliance and account teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Product, and Tech to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track onboarding statuses and handle requests until approvals are obtained.
• Maintain and update corporate, licensing, and compliance documentation, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare documents for new brands, legal entities, and corporate changes, including UBO, directors, URLs, and structure.
• Support existing PSPs with compliance and due diligence requests, contracts, addendums, and reporting.
• Assist the Head of Payments with RFPs, negotiations, and status tracking.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in iGaming, payments, FinTech, or compliance.
• Understanding of PSP onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong documentation and form handling skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2+), with a focus on written communication.
• Able to manage multiple processes simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
• Stress-resistant and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and PSP portals.
• Bonus: Experience in online casinos/betting, offshore licenses, and payment flow understanding.

Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance documentation in the iGaming sector.
• Familiarity with various PSP portals and payment processes.
