About the Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor - Remote to join Reckitt, home to the world's most trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of factory employees, ensuring the smooth running of our supply operations while nurturing their skills and fostering a culture of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of manufacturing teams to achieve ambitious production goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-functioning team, identifying areas for growth.
• Ensure operations are efficient and comply with health and safety standards.
• Conduct training needs analysis and implement strategies to address skill gaps.
• Manage the production budget, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in manufacturing, familiar with 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory teams.
• Solution-oriented mindset focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Business acumen combined with expertise in supply chain management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in advanced analytics and data analytics.
• Knowledge of logistics management and supply chain planning.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
