Production Operator - Chemical Manufacturing

About the Role

We are hiring a Production Operator to join our team at allnex. As a Production Operator remote, you will be responsible for the manual operations of our Radcure plant in Jiaxing, China. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient production of our high-quality coatings that protect and enhance various surfaces.

What You'll Do

• Operate the Radcure plant safely and in compliance with health and environmental regulations.
• Prepare raw materials and charges, and charge the reactor(s) for production.
• Perform manual operations at the front field and take samples during the manufacturing process.
• Conduct equipment TPM and in-process checks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in training junior operators and support other tasks assigned by the shift supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical or medical manufacturing.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Technical school degree in a chemical-related field or a high school diploma.
• Ability to follow quality plans and work instructions diligently.
• Commitment to safety and environmental protection.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Radcure technology or similar production processes.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures in manufacturing.
