Product Owner - Credit Card Product Portfolio (Relocation Support)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Owner - Credit Card Product Portfolio to join our dynamic team. This role requires relocation to HCMC, Vietnam, and offers relocation assistance. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our credit card products, impacting the lives of over 20 million customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for the Credit Card product portfolio, collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from problem definition to launch and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data to measure product success and inform decision-making, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication.
• Facilitate product delivery rituals and maintain a transparent backlog in Jira.
• Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, framing problems and defining success metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in high-growth digital or tech companies, particularly in credit cards or related fields.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Exceptional product judgment and prioritization skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced environments while managing stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and a detail-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML features or data partnerships.
• Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
