Product Owner - Credit Card Product Portfolio

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Owner - Credit Card Product Portfolio to join our dynamic team at Qode Jobs. This role requires relocation to HCMC, Vietnam, with relocation assistance provided. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in managing the full product development lifecycle for our Credit Card product portfolio, working closely with Business, Design, and Engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of over 20 million customers.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for the Credit Card product, collaborating with key stakeholders to evaluate priorities and assess trade-offs.
• Understand target customer personas and leverage this knowledge to guide the product development process, translating outcomes into clear epics, features, and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs, plan sprints, and lead engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize data systematically to measure the success of product initiatives and inform product decisions.
• Align with stakeholders to ensure product scopes, decisions, and timelines are well understood.
• Facilitate effective product delivery rituals and coordinate end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives where applicable, framing problems and defining success metrics.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Owner in high-growth digital/tech companies, particularly in credit cards or related fields.
• Strong technical fluency to work effectively with Engineering teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong product judgement and prioritization skills with a focus on delivery.
• Experience with Jira and the Atlassian suite is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Related certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features or partnering with data/ML teams.
