About the Role
We're seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our remote team at Rain. In this role, you will translate Rain's technical capabilities into clear, compelling materials that help our teams sell, onboard, and grow enterprise customers. What You'll Do
- Create and maintain customer-facing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, case studies, and other materials to accelerate growth.
- Translate complex technical concepts (stablecoin settlement, blockchain<>payment rails) into clear guides and documentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to document new features and product updates in accessible language.
- Develop customer-facing product update communications, release notes, and feature announcements.
- Stay informed about competitive updates and educate teams on how Rain differentiates itself in the market.
- Work with Marketing to refine key messages and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to campaign assets, website content, and thought leadership that drives understanding and pipeline.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement at a B2B fintech or Web3 company.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills to make complex concepts accessible and compelling.
- Execution-focused with a high attention to detail; a proven track record of creating impactful assets.
- Comfortable discussing technical products, including APIs and payment networks.
- Customer-obsessed with a knack for translating pain points into resonant value propositions.
- Strong project management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Intellectually curious about fintech and crypto, keeping up with industry trends.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience at a crypto or Web3 company.
- Understanding of market research and customer interviews for product positioning.
- Experience leading internal training sessions for go-to-market teams.
