About the Role

We are looking for a Product Lead - Node Services to join our team at Alchemy. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of blockchain technology. As a Product Lead, you will guide the direction of our Node Services product vertical, which is crucial for enhancing how millions of people interact with blockchains daily.

What You'll Do

• Set the strategic roadmap for Alchemy’s largest product and engineering team, leveraging customer relationships and quantitative analyses.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, including the CEO and CTO, to execute ambitious initiatives that change the landscape of blockchain technology.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of talented Product Managers focused on Node Services.
• Contribute to the long-term product strategy across Alchemy’s diverse offerings.
• Continuously improve product excellence by implementing industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on high-growth startups.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Strong background in developer tools or APIs at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze unstructured data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for executing new ideas autonomously.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Previous experience as a founder is advantageous.
